I have the jar version of this, and have been happy with it. It's not greasy after you apply it, and it seems to be effective. In particular I can tell it works immediately on itchy bug bites, but I've also used it on small cuts and it seems to also help those resolve a bit more quickly. It would be nice in more of a cream format, but that may not be possible with the necessary and clean ingredients.
This is a great salve for bug bites and poison ivy. Have used often for both with good relief. It doesn't necessarily completely remove the rash for me personally (though within a day my toddler's poison ivy rash was gone), but does provide pretty consistent soothing for several hours after applied.
